OLS-North is preparing a profile of northern Ontario public libraries to describe current conditions and some of the unique challenges these libraries face in delivering their services. The profile will be based on two sources – information extracted from the Ontario Public Library Statistics and this survey, which is being distributed to all OLS-North libraries.
The results of the survey will be shared with OLS-North libraries, the Ministry and other interested stakeholders and be used to provide a clear picture of the state of the libraries for future planning. Your input is therefore very important.
The survey is to be completed by the senior staff member responsible for the library. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Thank you for your contribution to this review.
Many of the survey questions ask for your opinions and perceptions. Please be frank. All responses from the survey are anonymous. Your library will not be identified and responses cannot be traced back to an individual answering the survey.
If you would like more information about the review, feel free to contact Anne Langevin at 705-675-6467 ext. 214.
A reminder email, along with the survey link, was sent on May 22.
Please remember to SUBMIT your survey once it is completed!
Thank you.
