The Township of South Algonquin Public Libraries Community Access Program is part of CAP, an Industry Canada initiative developed to help communities obtain affordable public access to the internet and the skills to use it effectively. CAP's goal is to allow smaller communities to take advantage of new communication technologies, and in so doing, to foster economic, social, and cultural growth across Canada.
