Membership is free to all residents of Blind River and through contracted service to the residents of the Township of the North Shore. One of the following proofs of residency is needed: • A property tax receipt • A driver's license • A hospital card • A new Ontario Health Card • A rent receipt Youth under 18 years must have our registration card signed by a parent or guardian. Only one (1) library card is issued to a person. Non-residents may purchase a 1 year membership for $15.00 per family (non-refundable). A valid driver’s license is required.
